From a Father…
… to his Sons.
Intro
After decades in small and medium business, it is time for the succession plan to start - the passing of the mantle of a successful business from father to son, while father has power and now that son is keen!
The way I have chosen to do this, along with our daily phone calls from a great distance (we are not even in the same country), is by my 1-PAGE MENTOR guides, where I summarise to one page only, the main topics that we talk about during each week.

Perry’s CV
As CEO of our enterprise group, I oversee our HQ in Singapore, our e-commerce retail company in USA and our factory in China. We also have distributors globally. Our core business is Professional Window Cleaning tools, however our factory is much more diverse, as we design, source, brand and package products for OEM customers as well.
